本课题组围绕微量金属元素在体内的吸收过程及生理功能展开研究,以黑腹果蝇为研究模型,建立起了一套有特色的研究方向和方法,并取得阶段性成果:1)发现了目前唯一的分泌途径铁转运蛋白,建立肠道内铁吸收的分泌途径,揭示了铁吸收经典途径与分泌途径之间存在竞争关系的新机制;2)阐明了不同微量金属元素的生理功能及相互影响的分子机制;3)阐明一些食品活性成分调节肠道功能及生理障碍的分子机制。在 PNAS (2013)、Elife (2014)、Cell Reports (2019)、Oncogene (2021)、Cell Death & Disease (2019,2021)、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry(2023)、meat science(2023)、BMC biology (2021, 2023) 、Food&Function(2021)等学术期刊发表 30余篇学术论文,被 Nat Rev Dis Primers、Lancet Neurol 等一流综述期刊正面评述,相关成果获得 Faculty Opinions (F1000Prime )推荐,单篇最高他引 98 次;参与著作出版2部;获授权(或申请)国家发明专利7项。
